CLASS SCHEDULE
The Connective Combat & Weapons Class is designed with a JKD Concepts flow that takes the participants through the four ranges of combat while introducing skills, weapons, and techniques found in various arts, including Filipino Martial Arts, Silat, Savate, Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jujitsu, and others.
Depending on class size and proficiency, Weapons training, perfection drills, sparing, solo and partner training will be utilized. Situational awareness and scenario training, for both military/police and civilian self-protection. Classes are tailored to suit individual students. Classes are approximately 1.5 hours in length, and finish with Metabolic Conditioning in the form of sparing, pad work or ground training.
Please be 10-15 minutes early to stretch and warm up, wear athletic or street clothes, bare feet or mat shoes only.
