Tuesday Nights are a special treat around here!

Breakdown:

Mats 1 & 2, Gi & NoGi Grappling, sparing, drilling, open mat.
​
Mats 3 & 4, Filipino Martial arts and JKD mixed arts Open class, join in!
​
Heavy Bag section, 4 heavy bags available for anyone wishing to work their boxing/Muay Thai/kickboxing solo.
​
Matspace 2.5 (between 2 & 3) This space is reserved for Master Tim's Wing Chun Kung Fu class, at times we may use 1 of the 4 heavy bags nearest this area, and the wall area.

(between the windows and mat 2) this area is generally used for drilling/troubleshooting and or "mini-classes" in BJJ with visiting colored belts. feel free to hang out here to join in the sparing too!

Mixed Arts OPEN MAT is available on Tuesday nights at 6:30! (IFA Members RSVP for private instruction with a specific coach,) or just show up to work alone or with a training partner! The 4 ranges of combat in Martial Arts are broken down into the following ranges: Grappling, Trapping, Boxing(Punching), & Kicking.
These ranges of combat may be explored through techniques found in various arts, including Filipino Martial Arts, Silat, Savat, Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jujitsu, Jeet Kune Do, Capoeira, Karate, Wrestling, Kung Fu, Kune Tae Mu Do, and many others!
Unless you RSVP with an Instructor, this is an OPEN MAT. (RSVP is FCFS)
